Shipping policy

Order processing

Most orders are prepared within 3 to 5 business days. Some apparel and made to order items may require additional production time. When a product page gives a longer estimate, that estimate applies.

Orders are not normally processed on weekends or major holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping options

Available shipping services, prices, and any free shipping offer are shown at checkout before payment. Tracking information is emailed when it is available.

Delivery estimates

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, seasonal volume, and carrier disruptions can cause delays after a package leaves our facility.

Shipping addresses

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Missing or damaged packages

If tracking shows a delivery but the package cannot be found, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. Then contact sales@gangstermoose.com and we will help with the next steps.

International shipping

Retail shipping destinations available for your order are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges assessed by the destination country.
